- There was very limited area to identify a site that could be approved for an Illinois Certificate of Need or “CON”.
- Solution:
- Net3 was able to uncover a site that met the state’s CON requirements but also happened to be located within a manufacturing area that restricted the allowable square footage of a medical building. Net3 proceeded to work with local officials to obtain an exception to this restriction and successfully develop the 10,000sf medical facility for the tenant.
