- Tenant desired a new facility in an extremely dense area with no available sites.

- Through our site selection process, Net3 was able to identify a potential parking lot “carve-out” within an existing center. In order for this pad to created, Net3 had to approach the city to lower their parking ordinance from 5/1,000 to 2.5/1,000. By doing this Net3 was able to successfully develop a 6,000sf center at the tenant’s desired location.
